What is your hourly rate?
Ans.
Price vary depending on move type and distance. But local moves with 2 movers and Truck starts as low as $80hr. Smaller Moves with 2 Movers and Cargo Van starts as low as $30hr per man

Do I have to buy/rent Protective Blanket and Dollies"

Ans.
No> We provide quilted heavy duty blankets for free and dollies. ( But you have to purchase tape ect., which you can buy from us when we come.

Do you have an hourly  minimum rate?

Ans.
Yes> We have  2 to 3 hour minimum depending on the move. However short-distance and smaller moves will be set at our flat rates. And Cargo Van Moves normally 1 hour minimum.

Are there any discount rates?

Ans.
Yes. .  You must go to our "Specials" page and insert the discount code off the coupon. We also provide FLAT RATES FOR SMALL OR ITEM MOVES. ADDITIONALLY WE HELP ALOT OF WOMEN AND FAMILIES IN HOUSING AND TRANSITIONAL PROGRAMS BY CONTRACTS THROUGH SUCH AGENCIES. HAVE YOUR CASE MANAGER CONTACT US ASAP.

Q. Most Companies Have A Travel Time Fee, Do You?

Ans.

Yes.. In most cases we DO NOT CHARGE TO COME TO YOUR LOCATION (locally), but we charge 1/2hr to 1hr depending on your end location and in between moves. ( Gas is high these days)

How about Mutiple Stops/Pick Ups?
Ans.
Our team works per hour and calculates total travel time in special request moves. If you book us for a specific 'TIME PERIOD". We will make as many trips necessary to assist your moves completion. (Cargo Van Moves Only)

Is a deposit required to reserve a date and time?

A.
We require at lease 15% deposit on all SCHEDULED MOVES. However it is refundable if you give us upto 2 days notice prior to your move scheduling date.

When does time start?

Ans.
Time starts once we pick up your first item, and ends when we return to our location. THERE IS NO CHARGE TO COME TO MOST LOCATIONS WITHIN REASON. Our 1hr fixed travel/fuel/milage rate covers that. Even if it takes us 2 hours to get back to our business location.

What is the benefit using your service.

Ans.
For starters you don't have to "rent a truck" and pay the "milage fees", "insurance fees", material fees, or outrages travel fees. We cover those expenses. You save on Blanket and Dolly Cost Rental Companies Charge Nor are you on any "time restraints or limits".

Are There Any Extra Fees?

Ans.
Yes,  We charge extra each floor after the second floor walk up, hoisting, or long hauls.

What payment methods are available?

Ans.
We eccept Cash,  Company Business Checks, and most credit cards, deposit are through paypal account. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECK.

Why is 3 men better then 2 men

 

A couple of reasons. 1.) With 3 men you get a driver also at no extra charge who also helps moves and is a forman to oversee the job. 2) Its more expensive, but it lessen your moving time, expecially if its a 3th floor. 3.) and you can talk to the forman with any concerns without stopping the others from working.
